Hill initially trained as a counsellor at Reading University
in 1987, went on to train with Relate in 1991, and continued
to work with Relate for many years as a couples counsellor.
She then worked in Employee Assistance Programmes as a counsellor,
supervisor and post-trauma debriefer. She has had a private
practice (near Marlborough, Wiltshire) as a personal and relationship
counsellor since 1997, and works part-time in a GP practice.

She enjoys working with individuals and couples on all relationship
issues and is an integrative counsellor. This means that she
selects, from a range of counselling models, the approach
that is relevant to each client.
She
works face-to-face, on the telephone and online and is happy
to combine all of these. Supervision for counsellors working
in relationship therapy is also available.
She
is committed to personal supervision, ongoing training and
professional development.
