(MCMI MAC)
In his book "Soul Mates" Thomas Moore reminds us that pain and difficulty do not necessarily mean that there is something inherently wrong with a relationship; on the contrary, relationship troubles may be a challenging invitation into intimacy.
If you are
- ready to walk out
- at a point where you have no idea what to do, or
- simply wanting more from your relationship
don't despair - this might be just the right time to seek support for your relationship.
We bring to our work great respect for the dynamics and uniqueness of each relationship. This approach has been born out of our work with couples over the past 20 years as well as our own experience of the joys and struggles of being married for 45 years.
Jenny trained as a counsellor at St John's College (Nottingham) and the Institute of Pastoral Counselling and has undertaken specialist couple counselling training with Revision and the Centre for Gender Psychology ( London ). Jenny is a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and holds an Advanced Diploma in Pastoral Counselling and a Diploma in Creative CoupleWork.
Arthur is a Relationship Coach. He is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and holds a Diploma in Creative CoupleWork from the Centre for Gender Psychology ( London ). We worked as a team couple with United Marriage Encounter for 13 years - in the UK , Far East and the USA and both of us are Prepare/Enrich practitioners.
Continued professional development and regular supervision keep us on the ball.
Our practice is in Rusper, within easy reach of Horsham, Crawley and Dorking.
