As a qualified couples counsellor and accredited BACP counsellor/psychotherapist I can support you both through times of stress, anxiety and confusion with a view to resolving issues.

As a partnership I will work with you to explore the fears, hopes and frustrations which affect your ability to enjoy your relationship.

I offer you the experience of working on issues such as bereavement, depression, anxiety, sexuality, addiction and the loss of confidence which can often affect those closest to us and lead to relationship difficulties.

I will enable you to gain new insight and awareness into your way of relating as a couple and help you to understand the dynamics of your partnership. In a safe environment I can help you to explore your options with the possibility for change, enabling you to both take control of the future of your relationship. Couples Counselling can lead to improved communication with your partner, greater compassion and intimacy.

My private practices are in Hayes and Bromley in Kent and I also cover S.E London and North Surrey. I work with both heterosexual and sexual minority couples.

My costs are £35-45 per session for individuals and £50 - £55 per couple for couples counselling.
