I have a background working in organisations, including in HR and training.

I have experience and a special interest in: Anxiety, Bereavement, Cultural issues, Depression, Employment difficulties, Relationships, Sexuality, Stress. I work as a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and specialist Couple Therapist. My theoretical approach is Psychodynamic and Integrative, including a range of therapies which I choose from to best suit the client. I have also trained in CBT Skills and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). I see clients for both short-term and open-ended therapy.
